What would keeping more clients be worth to you?

Put in your own numbers to see what losing clients costs you today, and what earlier warning, time back for your team and better-timed asks could add up to.

Your firm

Your team

The time spent keeping tabs on clients: reading back through threads before a call, chasing status, putting together updates for leadership.

Your assumptions

These are yours to set. The starting values are illustrations, not research or a promise: move them to what you think is realistic for your firm.

20%
Of the clients you’d otherwise lose this year, how many could you keep if you knew weeks earlier, with the reason, while there was still time to call?
30%
The Monday digest, pre-meeting briefs and promises tracked for you replace digging through inboxes and notes.
1%
Asking for a referral, more work or an early renewal when a client has just praised your team, as a share of the revenue you keep.

Where the value comes from

What RelayLine does for each part.

Clients kept

A health score for every client from the email, meetings and call transcripts your team already shares, the reason behind every point it drops, and an alert to the owner when a client turns At risk.

Time back

A Monday digest of who needs you, a brief before every client meeting, and every promise from calls and email tracked with its due date, so nobody digs through inboxes to find out where things stand.

Better-timed asks

When a client praises your team or asks about more work on a call, RelayLine flags it as the moment to ask for a referral, an expansion or an early renewal.

About these numbers

How the estimate works

How is it calculated?

Clients kept: clients lost per year × the share you’d keep × average fee. Time back: people × hours a week × 46 working weeks × the share saved × hourly cost. Better-timed asks: the revenue you keep × the extra share. Three years: the clients kept in year one keep paying in years two and three (and are as likely to leave as anyone else), plus three years of time back and asks.

Where do the starting values come from?

They’re illustrations to start from, not industry benchmarks. Every number on this page is yours to change, and the result only ever comes from what you put in.

Can RelayLine promise these results?

No. It can’t keep a client for you. It shows you which clients need a call, and why, while there’s still time to make it. Once you’re using it, the Accuracy report shows how often it flagged clients who later left.

Can I share this with my partners?

Yes. The address keeps your numbers, so “Copy a link to these numbers” gives you a link that opens this page with them filled in. Nothing you type is stored unless you ask for the report.
