Everything RelayLine reads, and what it does with it.

One capture address per client. Your team CCs it on email, adds it to meeting invites, and forwards call transcripts or AI recaps. RelayLine turns that into a score, the reasons behind it, and a list of what’s been promised.

The health score

A number from 0 to 100 for every client, rebuilt every few hours from everything captured so far. Each point it loses comes with a sentence explaining why.

  • Measured against each client’s own normal. A client who always takes two days to reply isn’t penalized for it. A client who used to reply in four hours and now takes two days is.
  • Built from what you have. Email, calls, meetings, promises kept, and client ratings each count when there’s data, and the weights rebalance when there isn’t.
  • Serious warnings can’t be averaged away. A client mentioning other firms, or several risks at once, caps the score no matter how friendly the inbox looks.
  • Contacts, not just companies. RelayLine tracks who your champion is, notices when they go quiet while others keep writing, and catches out-of-office replies, departures, and bounced addresses.
  • Trends over time. Daily history shows which way each client is heading and how far it has moved in 30 days.

Calls

Forward a transcript (.vtt, .srt, .txt) or the AI recap from Zoom AI Companion, Gemini, Otter, Fathom, Fireflies and others. RelayLine never joins the call.

  • What the client said, quoted. Pricing pushback, other firms, renewal doubts, new decision-makers, and praise, each tied to a quote that’s checked word for word against the transcript.
  • Tone, and how it shifted. How each side sounded overall, and whether the client warmed up or cooled off during the call.
  • Buying signals on deals. Questions about start dates, contract terms, and next steps move a prospect’s score up.
  • Your side vs. theirs. Speakers are matched to your team or the client by email domain, so a teammate’s worry isn’t mistaken for the client’s.

Meetings

Add the capture address to the calendar invite. Works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex invites from Google Calendar or Outlook.

  • Cadence. Recurring meetings are expanded, so RelayLine knows when a standing check-in stops happening.
  • Who cancelled. Cancellations and reschedules are counted by which side made them. A client cancelling twice in a month means more than your team moving one.
  • Who’s in the room. A new name on the client’s invite, like a new treasurer or outside counsel, is flagged.
  • Passcodes stay out. Meeting links and dial-in passcodes are stripped before anything is stored.

Promises

When someone says “I’ll send it by Friday” on a call, in a recap, or in an email, RelayLine logs it with an owner and a due date.

  • Closed when delivered. When a later email or call shows the work was sent, the promise closes itself. You can also close it by hand.
  • Both directions. What you owe the client, and what you’re waiting on from them.
  • Counted in the score. Overdue promises lower the score, and they lead the Monday digest.

Pipeline and ads

The same signals work before the contract. Track prospects by stage and see which deals have momentum and which have gone quiet.

  • Going cold, flagged. No reply, meeting, or call in weeks pulls a deal’s score down before it shows up in your forecast.
  • Weighted pipeline. Deal value by stage probability, with stage changes and outcomes recorded.
  • Ads that learn from real conversations. When a website lead replies, holds a meeting, qualifies, or closes, that milestone syncs to HubSpot, which passes it to Google Ads and LinkedIn. CSV exports are there if you upload directly.
  • Proof the score works. RelayLine compares the score two weeks before every win, loss, renewal, and churn, so you can see whether it saw each one coming.

Renewals and revenue

Add a contract value and end date, and the dashboard speaks in dollars.

  • Dollars at risk. The total annual value of clients scoring At risk, at a glance.
  • Renewal calendar. Every renewal in the next 90 days, ranked by health and value.
  • Moments to ask. When a happy client praises your team, RelayLine suggests asking for a referral, an expansion, or an early renewal.
  • Pulse surveys. Send a one-question rating link when you choose. The answer feeds the score. RelayLine never sends it on its own.

Alerts and briefs

The important things come to you, so nobody has to remember to check.

  • Instant alerts. By email or Slack when a client turns At risk, drops 15 points, or says something serious on a call.
  • Monday digest. Dollars at risk, the biggest drops, overdue promises, upcoming renewals, stalling deals, and moments to ask.
  • Pre-meeting briefs. About an hour before a meeting, your attendees get the client’s score, recent quotes, and open promises. Only your team receives them.
  • Handoff briefs. One page per client for a new account manager or an exec walking into a renewal.

Accuracy you can check

RelayLine grades itself on your clients and shows you the results in an Accuracy report.

  • Outcomes. How many clients who left were flagged At risk 14+ days ahead, the typical warning, and how often clients who renewed were flagged anyway. The same for deals won and lost.
  • Your team’s verdict. Every reason has Right and Not right buttons. Agreement is reported by source.
  • Checks on the AI. How many quotes were thrown out for not matching the transcript, and how many detected promises turned out to be real.
  • Confidence on every score, with the email, meeting, and call counts behind it. How we measure accuracy

Team and access

Built for a firm, not a single inbox.

  • Individual logins and roles. Invite teammates as admins or members, assign client owners, and filter to your own accounts.
  • Restricted clients. Limit a sensitive client to named people. Nobody else sees it in lists, totals, briefs, alerts, exports, or the digest.
  • Two-factor sign-in, required for everyone if you choose, plus a list of signed-in devices and sign-out everywhere.
  • Activity log. Sign-ins, invites, edits, exports, and deletions, downloadable as a spreadsheet.
  • Nothing to install. No browser extension, no inbox connection, no bot on calls. Your clients don’t need to do anything.

Settings and privacy tools

Admins run the firm’s setup from one Settings screen.

  • Firm-wide settings. Your email domains, time zone, who gets alerts, Slack, the Monday digest, pre-meeting briefs, and retention periods.
  • Integrations. HubSpot sync and ad conversion exports. Tokens are stored encrypted and never shown again.
  • Mail review. Anything RelayLine couldn’t verify is held with the reason, so an admin can accept it and trust that sender.
  • Privacy requests. Find, export, or erase everything held about one person, and export or delete any client.
  • AI usage. See this month’s usage and set a cap.

Getting started

Start with a free trial or a guided pilot, then pay monthly per active client relationship.

  • Set up in an afternoon. Add your clients, CC their capture addresses, and add them to meeting invites. Scores start filling in with the first messages.
  • Simple billing. Billed per active client, adjusted automatically as you add or close clients. Cancel any time and export everything.
  • Pilots. We’ll set up a pilot with the clients you know best and review the Accuracy report with you at the end. Talk to us
