Spot the clients who won’t be back next season.
RelayLine reads the client email, meeting invites and call recaps your team already shares, and flags clients who are drifting away, with the reason in plain language.
What RelayLine watches for.
Document requests go unanswered
When a client who used to reply in a day starts taking a week, RelayLine compares it to that client’s own normal and flags the change.
“Another CPA quoted us less”
Fee pushback, penalty notices and talk of other accountants count as warning signs in email, and are quoted word for word from calls.
The planning meeting gets skipped
Year-end and planning meetings are tracked, so a client who cancels or stops booking them stands out.
The extension you said you’d file
Promises made on calls and in email are logged with an owner and due date, and closed automatically when a later email shows they were delivered.
How accounting firms set it up
One capture address per client. No inbox access, no bot on your calls, and nothing for clients to install.
- CC the client’s capture address on engagement email, or forward threads when it’s easier.
- Pick “Accounting firm” in Settings: reply times then allow two working days before they cost points, because busy season is busy.
- Weekends never count as slow replies unless you turn that on.
